They’re engineered to MIL-STD-810 standards for thermal and shock resistance and are also 10 ATM water-rated. They offer a built-in LED flashlight with variable intensities and strobe modes that give you greater visibility outdoors and provide convenient illumination when you need it. To keep you on track, Instinct 3 includes a built-in 3-axis compass and barometric altimeter. Plus, multi-band GPS with SatIQ™ technology delivers superior positioning while optimizing battery life. The 24/7 health and wellness features keep you connected to your body with heart rate tracking, advanced sleep monitoring, Pulse Ox2 and more.
