Warranty

Returns may be accepted for eligible items that are unused, unwashed, and unopened, provided they are reported within five (5) days of receipt. All returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Experience Team. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and any applicable freight charges.

For warranty-related claims beyond ninety (90) days from the original purchase date, products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. As with all returns, prior approval is required before sending any items back to us.

Please note: all listed product dimensions are approximate and within standard manufacturing tolerances. Shrinkage is expected with textile goods, particularly cotton and poly-cotton blends, after laundering.
